Build heavy equipment operating skills with FLINT through simulator training and site-based learning in the Fort McMurray region. A rotating schedule and camp environment apply.
FLINT’s Emerald Career Program supports individuals with limited direct industry experience. Selected participants complete a personalized simulator training week, then receive hands-on, site-based training after successful completion. The program develops practical experience, confidence, and skills for heavy equipment operations.

Requirements:
Strong work ethic and commitment to learning
Comfort working in a camp environment
Willingness to work a rotating schedule
Valid Class 5 driver’s license
Recent driver’s abstract with minimal demerits
