Shape adult learning at NAIT through accessible curriculum design, measurable outcomes, and educational technology for CCE programs.
As Curriculum Development Lead, you provide adult educational expertise for Corporate & Continuing Education. You assess diverse learner needs, industry expectations, and workplace competencies to create practical learning experiences. The position supports outcomes-based education, authentic assessments, multimodal course design, and instructor success across face-to-face, online, and blended modalities.
Key Responsibilities:- Design accessible, inclusive, learner-centered educational opportunities
- Develop measurable outcomes, activities, approaches, and assessments
- Evaluate courses and curriculum for quality improvement
- Integrate educational technologies, including AI tools when appropriate
- Support instructional best practices and contractor development
- Master of Education or equivalent required
- Three years curriculum development and instructional design experience
- Three years managing curriculum projects
- Experience coaching instructors
- Post-secondary teaching experience
