The work also includes post-training support, certification activities, and alignment with client expectations and Aspire service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate virtual new hire, specialty, ongoing, and client-specific training
Coordinate scheduling, virtual setup, access, attendance, and LMS administration
Administer knowledge checks, evaluations, and certification activities
Provide coaching and on-the-job support during live-call transitions
Share learning effectiveness feedback with program stakeholders
Requirements:
Located in Ontario, Canada
Three or more years leading, coaching, or supporting teams
Adult learning, classroom management, presentation, and facilitation skills
Comfort with virtual platforms, LMS, and training tools
Professional English communication and flexible, adaptable availability
