Early Childhood Educator Childcare Programs

Shape young minds at Kepler Academy’s Cy Becker centre through child-led activities, creative communication, and secure, responsive childcare.

As a Level 1 Early Childhood Educator, you will organize and implement programs for infants through out-of-school care. The work includes leading developmental activities, supporting eating and hygiene routines, observing children, and discussing progress with parents and staff. Continuous learning and positive reinforcement are central to the approach.

• Passion for children and commitment to continuous learning
• Creative oral and written communication skills
• Understanding of behaviour as communication
• Strong organizational and time management skills
