We’re looking for enthusiastic Door-to-Door Canvassers who will approach and engage potential voters in the federal riding of Edmonton-Riverbend
. This is frontline, physically active work. You’ll be on your feet, walking the neighborhood, working outdoors in all-weather conditions, and using your personal vehicle to travel between assigned areas. We’re looking for people who are comfortable working in the field, confident speaking with the public, and committed to doing the work properly.

What We Offer:

Competitive hourly wage $21/hour

Program Completion Bonus: $500

Fixed schedule with 2 days off in a row every week – Don’t have to worry about shift work or changing schedules!

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct door-to-door canvassing within assigned neighborhoods on behalf of a political party in advance of an upcoming by-election

Ask standardized questions and accurately capture responses

Collect contact information when voluntarily provided

Represent OSL and our clients with professionalism and integrity

Confident, composed, and comfortable engaging with the public

Detail-oriented and disciplined in following scripts and protocols

Reliable, punctual, and accountable

Previous professional canvassing or field experience is a strong asset

Requirements

You are a conservative member, voter, or you are bipartisan and have no political affiliations

Full-Time Availability

Schedule:

Wednesday-Saturday (12:00PM-8:00PM), Sunday (10:00AM-6:00PM)

Comfortable with standing, walking, being on your feet for extended periods of time

Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle

Smartphone required for field data collection
