Position: Field Operator at Cenovus Energy
Location: Drayton Valley

As a Field Operator, you will work closely with the Operations Coordinator and contribute to maintaining reliability in gas and oil assets. Ideal candidates will bring 5-10 years of upstream production experience, HSE program knowledge, and a dedication to safety culture. This position supports field operations and requires shift rotations in the Drayton Valley area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor oil and gas facilities and equipment

• Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting

• Comply with Cenovus's HSE Management System

• Participate in emergency response and promote safety culture

• Document operational records and incident reports promptly

Requirements:

• Legally authorized to work in Canada

• 5–10 years of oil and gas operations experience

• Grade 12 High School Diploma or GED

• Knowledge of HSE practices and regulations

• Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean record
