Senior Generation Specialist - RICE Focus

Take your career further as a Senior Generation Specialist focused on reciprocating internal combustion engines, working from our locations in Edmonton or Calgary. Bring your leadership and engineering expertise to a dedicated team.

With a minimum of 10 years in generator protection and controls, you will play a critical role in system design and testing. This position also involves mentoring junior staff and ensuring that our heavy industrial clients receive high-quality electrical solutions. You will work on projects dealing with high voltage equipment from 600V to 765KV.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design instrumentation and control systems for RICE

• Draft detailed engineering schematics

• Oversee programming for generators and controls

• Conduct independent testing of RICE units

• Lead multi MW generation project teams

Requirements:

• At least 10 years in relevant industrial roles

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred

• Familiarity with MS Office and general PC skills

• Must clear drug and background checks

• Must travel domestically and possess a valid passport
