The TRACKS program is designed for Indigenous applicants ready to enter the energy sector. Interns will receive competitive compensation from the onset and will develop necessary skills for various operator roles. With ongoing mentorship and targeted support, this internship aims to empower participants for success in lucrative operator positions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate hydrovac and water trucks effectively
• Engage in transportation and bulk hauling
• Support frac operations on well sites
• Work within service rig maintenance teams
• Receive guidance from supervisors and mentors
Requirements:
• Open for Indigenous candidates across Alberta
• Entry-level roles; previous experience not required
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
• Expectation of comprehensive support during the internship
• Class 1 or Class 3 license beneficial but not mandatory
