Position: Nisku Drilling Superintendent Role
Location: Nisku

Lead drilling operations in Nisku, Alberta as a Drilling Superintendent with Ensign. Oversee rig performance, safety, and client relations to ensure optimal operations.

This role reports directly to the Vice President of Canadian Drilling, focusing on supervision and coordination for assigned drilling rigs. With 10-15 years of experience in drilling operations, you will manage rig activities, personnel, and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards while also addressing client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations for multiple drilling rigs

• Monitor equipment and personnel performance

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies

• Communicate with clients regarding operational concerns

• Participate in safety and operations meetings regularly

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of drilling rig experience

• Understanding of cost control and budgeting principles

• Familiarity with Canadian drilling operations

• Knowledge of various rig types and equipment

• Maintain required technical and safety certifications
