This role requires on-site interactions with clients in Alberta and Northern British Columbia, providing essential insights into product performance and service excellence. You will conduct inspections, share technical expertise, and gather customer feedback to foster ongoing improvements in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect product installations at client locations
• Advise on best practices for operation and maintenance
• Communicate with customer representatives to enhance perception
• Ensure timely completion of service reports
• Maintain updated knowledge of products and industry standards
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in oilfield services
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills and mechanical knowledge required
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License and travel readiness
• Physically able to perform required duties
