Position: Field Supervisor for Hydro Blasting
Lead dynamic crews in hydro blasting and vacuum services with USA DeBusk in Edmonton, Alberta. This role emphasizes teamwork, operational excellence, and safety protocol adherence.

As the Field Supervisor, you will manage multiple teams, ensuring all hydro blasting and vacuum services meet company standards while fostering staff development. You will need excellent knowledge of hydro blast pumps and vacuum trucks, emphasizing safety and compliance with OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coach crews in daily operations

• Ensure all equipment and safety protocols are observed

• Conduct Job Safety Analysis and safety paperwork

• Communicate updates and maintain client relationships

• Perform general maintenance and cleaning of equipment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 2-4 years of relevant industry experience

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred

• Valid TWIC card or applicable receipt

• Ability to pass drug screening
