As a Rental Technician, you'll join Bear Com's dedicated team, responsible for programming, tuning, and managing radio systems. You'll perform hands-on tasks involving setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of two-way radio equipment for various events, while also collaborating with local branches to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Program and tune two-way radio systems
• Build code plugs for radio equipment
• Monitor and troubleshoot systems on-site
• Conduct intermodulation studies for repeaters
• Ensure timely delivery and pickup of rentals
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficient computer skills necessary
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
• Valid driver’s license and vehicular insurance
