Your role will shape engineering and commissioning activities significantly.
This newly established position requires an experienced electrical technician to manage contracts and support design processes. Your familiarity with the Canadian Electrical Code and ULC standards will be vital for adhering to regulations. Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to achieve project milestones effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage electrical construction contracts throughout the lifecycle
• Develop and review designs for electrical systems
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Prepare documentation and oversee project reporting
• Coordinate and troubleshoot with various stakeholders
Requirements:
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering Technology
• 6+ years of relevant experience in design and contract administration
• Strong familiarity with electrical codes and standards
• C.E.T. eligibility preferred
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license essential
