This senior position supports engineering, construction, and commissioning activities across commercial projects. You will coordinate electrical design, contract administration, and fire alarm systems. Knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code, Alberta regulations, and ULC standards is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer electrical contracts through commissioning and closeout
- Review shop drawings, RFIs, changes, and contractor submittals
- Conduct site inspections for design and safety compliance
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor schedules, deficiencies, and corrective actions
- Diploma in Electrical or Power Engineering Technology
- Six or more years of relevant experience
- Strong construction contract administration experience
- Knowledge of CEC, Alberta codes, and ULC standards
- Overtime and Alberta project travel availability
