What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection).
• Support project costing and budget planning from start to finish.
• Assist in tender preparation and evaluation for M&E works.
• Work closely with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities
  .
• Conduct site measurements and manage interim valuations.
• Evaluate variations and change orders
  , providing cost analysis and justifications.
• Support contract management for all M&E-related work.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to align costs with project goals.
• Identify and mitigate project risks associated with M&E works.

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying
  , Construction Management
  , M&E Engineering
  , or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry (M&E experience is a strong plus!).
• Skilled in cost estimation and analysis.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
  .
• Team player with solid communication and interpersonal abilities
  .
• Self-motivated, able to work both independently and collaboratively.
