Embark on a summer internship as a Power Engineer (4th Class) with our organization. This fully on-site role offers practical experience in facility maintenance and operations from May through August 2026.
We are seeking a diligent Power Engineer/Building Technician Intern responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining various mechanical systems. Your duties will include compliance with health and safety regulations, effectively managing maintenance tasks, and fostering strong client relations. This hands-on experience provides a valuable opportunity to learn and contribute positively to facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical system deficiencies
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Manage service requests and maintain documentation
• Help improve tenant relations through quality service
• Assist with tool maintenance and project participation
Requirements:
• High school diploma and trades training or certification
• Experience in HVAC systems and building operations

• Availability for shifts, including on-call duties
