Field Roadway Inspector at CIMA+

CIMA+ is actively seeking a Roadway Construction Inspector to support ongoing infrastructure projects across Alberta. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering along with 3-5 years of experience in roadway construction and inspection. A good understanding of engineering specifications and construction processes is vital for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit contractor operations against specifications

• Manage contract administration and project records

• Liaison with engineers and project managers

• Oversee field supervision and construction inspections

• Engage in site meetings for effective problem resolution

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or equivalent

• 3-5 years experience in roadway construction inspection

• Must be eligible for ASET (C.E.T.) or APEGA (E.I.T.)

• Understanding of Alberta Transportation standards

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license for project travels
