As a Senior Project Manager, you will spearhead the full project lifecycle for diverse land development initiatives.
Your role encompasses residential, mixed-use, and industrial developments, ensuring compliance with municipal regulations and sustainability principles. You will guide multidisciplinary teams and cultivate long-term relationships with developers and municipalities for successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Proficient in Civil 3D and AutoCAD software
• Valid driver's license for project-related travel
