Lead Water Resources Engineer

Embark on a leadership journey as a Senior Water Resources Engineer with KCB in Edmonton or Calgary. This role combines project management, water resources engineering, and team development in a multi-disciplinary environment.
You will oversee significant water resource projects in sectors like hydropower and mining while managing teams and mentoring junior staff. With at least 10 years of experience, you will leverage hydrotechnical skills to foster client relationships and drive business development efforts alongside your projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project teams and ensure timely completion

• Create detailed engineering designs and calculations

• Supervise junior engineers and evaluate their outputs

• Manage project budgets, scopes, and schedules

• Engage in continuous technical skill development
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 10 years in relevant project experience

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

• Professional Engineer registration in Canada
