Automation and Controls Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily automation systems and support production activities

• Lead integration of new machinery and data collection upgrades

• Support AI and AR technology deployments for advanced manufacturing

• Document standard work and maintain accurate control system records
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

• At least three years in industrial automation or controls

• Experience with PLCs, control networks, and automated systems

• Solid troubleshooting skills and familiarity with Lean methodologies

• Effective collaboration and communication across teams
