Our team is dedicated to creating lasting solutions that address engineering challenges with precision and integrity. We are looking for a Structural Engineer to oversee our Design & Review of projects. As a structural engineer, you’ll spend time both in our office – designing and planning project details – and on-site where you’ll provide technical advice to construction workers.

To succeed in this role, you should have hands‑on experience using several Design and Construction methods and Site Review and advanced knowledge of AutoCAD. Project management and analytical skills are also very key. Define clear goals for all aspects of a project and develop steps for their proper execution Account for possible project challenges or constraints and proactively seek to manage challenges Coordinate project scheduling and management activities to meet deadlines and budget requirements effectively.

  • Prepare technical reports, specifications, and documentation with clarity and precision for project proposals and construction phases.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, and system designers to integrate structural components into larger infrastructure systems.
  • Conduct site visits during construction to monitor progress, verify adherence to design specifications, and troubleshoot issues promptly.
  • Degree in civil or structural engineering (essential).
  • 5 years of work experience as a structural engineer (essential).
  • Professionally registered with the Institute of structural engineers.
  • Advanced knowledge of Design and Construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, and CAD drafting tools for detailed design work.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
  • Familiarity with construction processes, civil engineering practices, and system design principles.
  • Ability to produce clear technical writing for reports, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Skilled in project engineering tasks including coordination among multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder communication.
