This senior role involves collaborating across maintenance, operations, and technical teams to implement strategies that enhance the integrity management system for mine-plant equipment. You will lead reliability improvement objectives, conduct performance analyses, and coordinate maintenance improvements to ensure operational excellence in our Kearl Operations Technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set reliability improvement objectives with management

• Conduct reliability data analysis and performance monitoring

• Lead maintenance performance improvements for equipment

• Manage Root Cause Failure Analysis for machinery

• Provide technical support and repair evaluations
Requirements:

• Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Mining Mechanical

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in mine-plant equipment

• Strong influencing skills with a reliability track record

• Ability to work across diverse teams

• Understanding of OEM equipment projects
