1. This pivotal role focuses on the maintenance and management of properties safely and sustainably.

As a Level 1 Building Operator, you will report directly to the Operations Manager in Vancouver, British Columbia. This position mandates overseeing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems while managing energy consumption and tenant requests. You’ll also play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental practices, aiming for the highest standards of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance of HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems

• Manage energy and utility consumption efficiently

• Conduct environmental assessments and reporting

• Implement health and safety programs

• Respond promptly to tenant service requests

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in commercial building operations

• 5th Class Power Engineer designation or equivalent

• Valid driver's license required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Technical certificates preferred but not required
