Key Responsibilities:

• Promote safety culture and compliance with policies

• Manage relationships with external engineering contractors

• Oversee strategic planning considering grid evolution

• Define performance goals and ensure team performance management

• Manage ATCO Electric’s Drawing Control Team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering preferred

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience

• Professional Engineer or Licensee designation

• Strong leadership and project management skills

• Good knowledge of Alberta Electric Utility regulations
