Overview
Become an essential part of Clear Water as an Industrial Project Coordinator. Support a wide range of industrial projects while ensuring safety and quality deliverables. In this role, you will coordinate critical project activities, assist in maintaining documentation, and facilitate communication across various stakeholders. By tracking project performance and supporting management plans, you will help ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Coordinate project alignment with scope, schedule, and quality
- Prepare agendas and minutes for team meetings
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Support the creation of Safety and Quality Management Plans
- Monitor compliance and assist in flagging issues to management
- 1–3 years experience in project coordination
- Diploma or Certificate in relevant fields like Construction Technology
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Effective multitasking and documentation skills
- Excellent communication in written and verbal forms
