In this role, you will manage geotechnical projects from design to execution while mentoring junior staff. Your expertise in geotechnical analysis, modeling, and report preparation will ensure high-quality deliverables. A commitment to maintaining client relationships and adherence to industry standards is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop technical solutions for complex geotechnical applications
• Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and project reports
• Conduct site visits for assessment and monitoring
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and co-op students
• Participate in designing civil infrastructures like bridges and pipelines
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil or geological engineering
• Minimum 8 years of geotechnical engineering experience
• Expertise in foundation engineering and seismic analysis
• Registered or eligible for Professional Engineer in Alberta
• Willingness to travel for field assignments in Western Canada
