Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for various rail projects
• Analyze technical documents to determine project scope and pricing
• Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams for validation
• Develop and maintain rail construction cost databases
• Evaluate subcontractor quotes for alignment and competitiveness
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years of estimating experience in rail construction

• Proficiency in estimating and scheduling software
