Position: Senior Surveyor Role
Join Tetra Tech's Transportation team as a Senior Surveyor based in Edmonton, AB. Lead construction surveys while providing mentorship and ensuring project quality and safety.
This role emphasizes your ability to deliver accurate and timely survey data for roadway projects, directing survey assistants through training and leadership. You'll engage with key stakeholders and utilize advanced technologies for effective data processing and analysis, all while championing industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct construction layout and data collection surveys

• Mentor and provide technical guidance to assistants

• Communicate with project managers and clients

• Organize large survey datasets for projects

• Extract pivotal design information from drawings
Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Geomatics required

• 10 years of experience in roadway construction projects

• Familiarity with survey equipment and software

• Travel availability for project sites in Western Canada

• Clean driver license and abstract
