Project Coordinator Industrial Division

Join Graham as a Project Coordinator in the Industrial Division, focusing on project scheduling, reporting, and quality control tasks for effective project delivery. In this role, you will help coordinate project activities, manage documentation, and assist the project teams with service desk inquiries. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, your contributions are vital for timely updates and compliance with project controls.

You will play a key role in maintaining solid client relationships and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards throughout your projects.

• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Assist in tracking change events and reporting to management
• Contribute to maintaining HSEQ compliance and documentation
• Help manage financial tracking and cost reporting systems
• Foster solid relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Trade Certification or Technical Diploma in Engineering
• 2–3 years of relevant construction experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management tools
• General construction project systems knowledge
• Current or completed Builders’ Framework Fundamentals
