Key Responsibilities:
• Create and finalize accurate repair quotations
• Process and manage production orders efficiently
• Resolve customer service issues and inquiries
• Generate and attach relevant documentation in AX
• Liaise with engineers for technical support as needed
Requirements:
• Technical diploma or degree with three years of experience
• Familiarity with heating processes and engineering preferred
• Experience in ERP systems like AX
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
