Key Responsibilities:
• Lead projects from conception through to municipal acceptance

Requirements:
• Civil Engineering degree or Technology diploma
• 10+ years in progressive land development experience
• APEGA or ASET registration preferred
• Expertise in Civil 3D and other modeling tools
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
