• Lead estimating functions and team management

• Implement process improvements in estimating practices

Requirements:

• 10+ years in heavy industrial estimation

• 5+ years in a leadership role

• Knowledge of ASME standards and industrial regulations

• Relevant degree in Engineering or related field preferred

• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings
