Lead Design Manager For Transportation Projects

This pivotal role requires overseeing the management of transportation design build projects, necessitating a minimum of 15 years of project management experience in large-scale construction. You will ensure effective technical design management, develop project procedures, and oversee quality and risk management.
Additionally, you will be the key liaison for clients and stakeholders on significant projects, contributing to the growth of your team and the organization's reputation.

Key Responsibilities   Oversee major transportation projects from inception to completion
Establish and implement project procedures and standards
Direct technical teams and manage project delivery
Develop solid client and industry relationships
Implement risk management strategies effectively
Requirements   15+ years in engineering and project management
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required
P.E. license preferred; ability to obtain is necessary
Experience in managing APD projects
Solid leadership and mentoring skills
