Responsibilities: Perform process simulations and design for oil and gas facilities.
Size and select equipment such as vessels, exchangers, and compressors.
Generate and review PFDs, H&MBs, and P&IDs.
Support FEED and conceptual studies.
Conduct PSV and flare network sizing.
Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, and LOPA studies
Provide process data for instrumentation and line sizing
Troubleshoot existing plant operations and support commissioning
Requirements:
B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
P.Eng designation (or actively pursuing).
Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering, with a focus on gas processing.
Proficient in HYSYS, Flarenet, Promax, Aspen Exchanger Design, and HTRI.
Strong knowledge of oil & gas processes (e.g., TEG, refrigeration, sweetening, NGL recovery).
Experience with equipment sizing, process safety, and instrumentation support.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems and safety programs.

Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for process simulations, equipment design and selection, and supporting the development of oil and gas processing facilities.
