Mechanical and Electrical Coordinator

Elevate project success as a Mechanical and Electrical Coordinator in Edmonton. This office-based role involves regular site travel, focusing on design coordination and quality control.

You will be responsible for reviewing construction drawings and coordinating mechanical and electrical designs. Ensure that all aspects of the project align with specifications and regulations while monitoring the trades’ progress. Help maintain a high quality of work and oversee sub-trade compliance to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed reviews of construction drawings for conflicts

• Coordinate between mechanical and electrical shop drawings

• Monitor mechanical and electrical deliverables schedule

• Assist in project schedule development and implementation

• Conduct monthly safety inspections on site

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in construction management or related field

• 5+ years’ experience in mechanical and electrical construction

• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and practices

• Proven leadership and team development skills
