We are in search of an experienced Hardware Consultant with extensive FPGA experience, particularly in developing solutions for wireless communications and high-performance systems. This senior position involves defining reusable IP blocks, contributing to architectural decisions, and ensuring compliance with established protocols. You will also develop FPGA verification strategies and collaborate with teams to optimize system performance thoroughly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the definition of FPGA architectures for radio products

• Design RTL components using Verilog/VHDL

• Contribute to architecture and system-level decisions

• Develop verification strategies and execute validation activities

• Mentor team members and drive engineering best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering

• 7+ years in FPGA development for wireless technology

• Expertise in FPGA methodologies and architectures

• Familiarity with LTE, 5G  and protocols

• Proficiency with development tools like Vivado and MATLAB
