As a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Johnson Controls, you will leverage your expertise in mechanical engineering to support new product development and existing product enhancements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including electrical, controls, and compliance—you’ll ensure products are market-leading and compliant.

Your role includes leading mechanical design initiatives, utilizing CAD tools like Solid Works and AutoCAD, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute mechanical analysis and design for HVAC systems

• Create and maintain mechanical drawings and BOMs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• 5+ years in product-based manufacturing

• Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, Solid Works)

• Strong understanding of HVAC design and compliance

• Experience with mechanical assemblies and BOMs
