Become a Senior Signal Integrity Engineer with SpaceX and contribute to the groundbreaking Starlink project, focusing on SI and PI for advanced satellite technology. Engage in product lifecycle involvement from design to troubleshooting.
In this role, you will own the SI and PI processes as part of the Payload Engineering team for Starlink satellites. This includes collaborating with cross-functional engineers, performing in-depth simulation, and defining specifications for cutting-edge communication systems. You will play a vital role in optimizing system designs to enhance connectivity capabilities and support millions of users globally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Specify and design SI and PI aspects of satellite hardware
• Collaborate with engineers across multiple disciplines
• Optimize PCB materials and channel subcomponents
• Conduct troubleshooting for manufacturing and integration issues
• Define best practices for simulation and testing methodologies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or physics
• 5+ years in electronic product design
• 2+ years using 3D EM simulation tools
• Experience with high-speed digital design
• Ability to work extended hours for critical deadlines
