Engage in groundbreaking aviation technology at Reliable Robotics as a Senior Flight Test Engineer. This role focuses on verifying flight control systems with a mix of lab and vehicle testing.

As a Senior Flight Test Engineer, you will be integral to the Flight Test and Integration team. Your expertise in experimental flight tests will lead to ensuring the functionality of critical systems. Collaborate closely with various departments to verify capabilities from initial lab setups through to in-vehicle execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify modified flight control systems throughout testing phases

• Act as responsible engineer and test director for flight tests

• Draft and analyze test plans, cards, and hazard assessments

• Conduct system-level risk assessments effectively

• Ensure compliance with safety and certification standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering

• 7+ years of flight test experience

• Familiarity with aeronautical VHF radio communications

• Strong understanding of risk assessment protocols

• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
