Entry-Level Building Operator

Position: Entry-Level Building Operator Role
Excel as an Entry-Level Building Operator with Quad Real, focusing on building management and tenant services. Oversee HVAC systems, energy efficiency, and safety protocols.

This Level 1 role reports to the Operations Manager, requiring oversight of preventive maintenance and energy consumption in commercial properties. You will play a vital role in maintaining structural integrity and responding to tenant needs, while ensuring accredited safety measures. Utilize your skills to manage various operational tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee HVAC and plumbing preventive maintenance

• Manage and assess energy and utility usage

• Address tenant service requests with written feedback

• Conduct risk management inspections and report findings

• Ensure building compliance with safety regulations

Requirements:

• 5th Class Power Engineer or equivalent certification

• Minimum 5 years of relevant building operations experience

• Valid driver’s license required

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

• Commitment to industry best practices and ongoing learning
