Elevate community engineering projects with Parkland County as the Project Management Leader. Your leadership will enhance safety and effectiveness in project execution.
This permanent position offers a full-time opportunity to oversee engineering capital projects within the Engineering Services department. Working closely with the Director of Engineering Services, you will provide crucial mentorship and develop strategies for project management. Safety will remain a focal point, ensuring community-focused methodologies in all initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct engineering capital project management efforts

• Mentor and guide engineering teams to success

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols on-site

• Collaborate on asset management and servicing plans

• Manage project activities aligned with long-term goals
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

• Professional Engineering (P. Eng) designation needed

• 8-10 years of comprehensive project management experience

• Proven leadership in a supervisory capacity

• Valid class 5 driver’s license and criminal record check
