In this pivotal role, you will report to the Project Delivery Business Leader, focusing on quality enhancement and technical capability within Land Development. Collaborate with Regional Delivery Leaders to integrate technical standards and ensure a consistent approach across projects. Your leadership will guide complex projects and promote the use of digital tools and AI, ensuring best practices are followed at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and communicate technical standards and QA/QC processes

• Provide oversight on complex, high-risk projects

• Collaborate with teams to enhance project delivery excellence

• Drive innovation and digital tool adoption

• Mentor and develop technical talent across the organization
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant discipline

• 15+ years of relevant experience

• Strong technical expertise in Land Development

• Proven leadership across different regions

• Ability to influence without direct authority
