Reporting to the asset manager, this role involves utilizing reliability engineering expertise and maintenance optimization strategies. You will develop effective methods to maximize equipment uptime and ensure the reliable operation of critical infrastructure. Working collaboratively with operations and maintenance teams, your contributions will directly impact the overall performance of Aquatera’s water, wastewater, and solid waste services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture
• Implement maintenance and reliability best practices
• Develop and monitor reliability analytics and KPIs
• Lead root cause failure analysis investigations
• Support predictive maintenance technologies implementation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline
• Minimum three years in reliability or maintenance engineering
• Experience with CMMS and reliability methodologies
• Certification in reliability or project management preferred
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments
