In this role, you'll become part of our Land Development Engineering team, providing consultancy services to clients on residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage projects, ensuring compliance with standards while delivering exceptional outcomes for residents and businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design innovative land development infrastructure solutions
• Collaborate with clients and contractors for project success
• Manage contract administration during construction
• Prepare technical reports and project documentation
• Champion best practices for compliance standards
Requirements:
• Degree in civil engineering with relevant registration
• 3+ years of experience in land development design
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, Civil3D
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of local land development markets
