Aquatera is seeking a dedicated Water/Wastewater Treatment Operator I to manage operations at our Class III water and Class IV wastewater treatment plants.

This role offers critical experience in treatment processes and operational safety. You will gain hands-on training within a supportive team environment focused on making a meaningful difference in Alberta's communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow safety policies and procedures consistently

• Monitor treatment processes to meet regulatory standards

• Operate and monitor water and wastewater treatment systems

• Conduct laboratory sampling and quality control tasks

• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation

Requirements:

• Completion of a Water and Wastewater Technician Program

• Knowledge in mathematics, chemistry, and computer systems

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Valid Class 5 driver's license and satisfactory abstract

• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
