As a key member of WSP's Edmonton Land Development team, you will engage in varying residential and commercial projects. Your leadership will be vital from concept design to construction, backed by a seasoned multidisciplinary team. This role emphasizes sustainable practices and effective partnerships with municipalities and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the delivery of land development projects from concept to municipal acceptance
• Guide technical design for drainage, grading, and servicing
• Review engineering drawings for compliance with standards
• Champion sustainable design incorporating Low Impact Development principles
• Mentor engineers and support their project growth
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology diploma
• 10+ years of land development experience in Alberta
• Strong proficiency in Civil 3D and design tools
• Registered or eligible for registration with APEGA or ASET
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
