As a Project Controls Lead for the BC1182 portfolio, you will strategize and implement project controls to enhance project outcomes.
Your role includes collaborating with project teams and providing mentorship, ensuring best practices and standards are maintained throughout the life cycle of energy infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project controls for energy infrastructure initiatives
• Ensure effective scheduling and cost management practices
• Mentor project teams and oversee performance metrics
• Manage project control communications with BC Hydro
• Develop training and process documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Over 10 years’ experience in project controls and management
• Skilled in Oracle and Primavera P6 usage
• Proven capability in delivering performance reports
• Effective in training and stakeholder engagement
