Kleinfelder Intermediate Controls Engineer

You will work under the Instrumentation & Controls Lead, ensuring technical, cost, and schedule adherence across multiple projects. With 6+ years of experience and familiarity with Smart Plant Instrumentation, your contributions will directly support project execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute instrumental design on projects of varying complexity

• Support client instrumentation and controls requirements

• Develop deliverables such as instrument data sheets and P&IDs

• Design control systems involving PLCs, DCS, and SCADA

• Engage in HAZOP and SIL studies when needed

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in instrumentation

• Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

• APEGA or ASET registration in Alberta preferred

• Current knowledge of Smart Plant Instrumentation required

• EPC experience is essential
