Your responsibilities will include the coordination of mechanical and electrical scopes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Working with the project team, you will assist in updating schedules and workflows while managing communications with sub trades. Ideal candidates possess two to three years of construction experience in mechanical and electrical systems and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills as well as expertise in project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct on-site mechanical and electrical activities

• Provide guidance on system performance testing

• Coordinate schedules for submissions, deliveries, and inspections

• Eliminate interference issues with project drawings

• Manage project completion requirements and timelines

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in mechanical and electrical construction

• Knowledge of engineering systems and practices

• Capacity to identify and document issues effectively

• Degree or diploma in construction or engineering

• Strong organizational and planning skills
