As the Roads and Highways Manager, you will spearhead the direction of the Infrastructure Business Unit while managing a dynamic team across multiple regions. You will stress effective execution of transportation projects, health & safety standards, and strategic mentoring for your staff's career growth. A strong emphasis is placed on quality project delivery in collaboration with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client account management and business development

• Uphold highest standards in Health, Safety, Security and Environment

• Drive project execution aligning with budgets and timelines

• Mentor and guide project management professionals

• Manage team capacity, backlog, and performance metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in civil engineering;
Master's preferred

• Licensed as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.)

• 15+ years of pertinent experience

• Strong organizational and leadership skills
